When she’s thirsty, she grabs a stool at Harvard and Stone (5221 Hollywood Blvd.; 323-466-6063; harvardandstone.com) and orders the usual: a cold beer and her spirit of the moment, neat or on the rocks, or a glass of rosé. “Those are my go-to orders, unless a bartender friend has a new cocktail.” When it comes to choosing where to drink, she has a simple piece of advice: “I say go where you feel comfortable, and order whatever you want. Sometimes you just feel like the best vodka and soda ever! A bar isn’t meant to be intimidating.”
