A trip to Oak Glen yielded not only apple cider, pumpkins, and a lovely afternoon, but these rare items. The “Martini Scale”, and a sweet mixing glass with pheasants painted on it. You add the gin to the big jigger, then add vermouth to the small one until it balances. There are 3 settings: 25:1, 10:1, and 5:1. Ingenious!
